Melissa, aka Coach Mel, believes strength is more than just physical and that we train our bodies to build confidence, resilience, and to trust in ourselves- inside and out. As a mom of two girls and with 15 years in law enforcement, she brings a powerful blend of real-world experience, athletic discipline and tons of heart to the LIFT community.
With a background in mixed martial arts — including Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and kickboxing — Melissa is passionate about teaching self-defense and strength training in a way that’s approachable and effective. Her goal is simple: to create a space where women support each other, grow stronger, and feel ready for anything life throws their way.**Melissa Meehan – Owner**
